Co-curricular activities

Jawaharlal Nehru avers that education has two main aspects - the cultural aspect, which makes a person grow, and the productive aspect, which makes a person do things.

The various clubs and related activities at HAC test the interest, involvement, ability and the aptitude of the students in different fields. Ample encouragement and knowledge support is provided, as and when required. Our students exceed expectations bringing home recognition and accolades at the District, State, Zonal and National level fairs and competitions. Myriad activities hosted by the clubs are a special window of opportunity for the students to showcase their potential.

Scout and Guides

HAC has taken up the clarion call of the Bharat Scouts and Guides. Active participation is a regular feature at the District and State Camps and the National Jamborees. With high principles and aspirations, Guiding continues to be a vibrant extra - curricular activity in the school. A good number of our students have been recipients of the Rashtrapathi Puraskar.

The House System

The assorted but colorful events of the year are all organized under the patronage of the four houses. Added motivation and inspiration, this encourages a healthy competitive spirit and fosters leadership qualities. The House Days and Annual Days are a riot of color, song, dance and music.

The annual School Magazine “DAWN” is a colourful and literary publication, which brings to the fore the creative and artistic talents of our children. It provides a panoramic view of the myriad activities within and without the campus. It is a true reflection of life at Holy Angels’.
